Privacy policy

The operator of personal data is the Seller, whose details appear at the end of this document. Questions about data processing go to the email address given there.

When an order is placed: name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, and for legal entities the organisation's details.

When the contact form is used: name, a contact for the reply, and the text of the enquiry.

Web server technical records: IP address, date and time of the request, the address requested, browser type. These records are kept for no more than 30 days and are used for diagnostics and abuse prevention.

The site runs no third-party advertising or analytics trackers and passes no data to advertising networks.

Order data is processed to perform the sale contract to which the Buyer is a party, and to meet the Seller's obligations under tax and accounting legislation.

Enquiry data is processed on the basis of the consent given by submitting the form, and only to answer the enquiry.

Data is not used for profiling or for automated decision-making producing legal effects.

Article 27-1 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data (ЗРУ-547) requires that the collection and processing of personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan be carried out using databases physically located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In its present configuration the site's infrastructure is hosted on a server in Germany. The operator discloses this plainly and does not claim compliance with the localisation requirement before that compliance actually exists.

Until hosting is brought into line, the operator minimises what is collected: an order requires only the information without which the goods cannot be delivered.

This section is to be updated once the order database is moved to a server located in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Data is passed to the carrier to the extent needed for delivery, and to the bank to the extent needed to settle payment.

Data may be provided to state authorities on a reasoned request in the cases and manner provided by law.

Data is not sold and is not passed on for marketing purposes.

Order data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax legislation. Enquiry data is kept for no more than one year from the date of reply.

A data subject may obtain information about the processing of their data, require its correction, blocking or destruction, and withdraw consent.

Requests go to the operator's email address. A reply is given within the period set by law.

The site uses strictly necessary cookies only: remembering the chosen language and protecting forms against automated submission. No advertising or analytics cookies are set.
